When do boy dogs start hiking their legs to pee?
My Boston Terrier is almost 5 months old, and squats to pee. When do they start hiking their legs? Does he need a boy dog to show him how?
Answer: Depends on the dog. Most will be by 1-2 years old, but some never do and some will earlier. My adult male doesn't hike at all, but my adult female hikes! It's an individual thing. While your dog may start in the next year or two, he also may not.
